Large financial institution needed updated training program to reduce turnover and identify a means of measuring production performance.
PRI developed and delivered approximately 90 training programs, trained more than 1,500 people using the Enhanced Performance Training Program.
A task force of 40-60 of the trainees were brought together to reflect on what worked in respect to their training. They said about the Enhanced Performance Training Program:
