Julie Ostenson
Julie brings 25 years of banking and payments expertise to serve PRI clients. Most of her career has been in the payments ecosystem, including acquiring/processing and issuing, with experience in all payment acceptance options. Her industry experience spans the full spectrum of card associations, processors, community banks, and credit union service providers. Julie has a strong foundation in debit card operations and project management. In the latter half of her career, she has focused on working with financial institutions under $10B in assets, helping them grow and manage their debit and credit card programs. Julie has been a passionate contributor to her clients’ success, achieving sustainable growth through intentional strategic planning.

- Negotiated contracts for debit card brand, EFT processing, and PIN networks to improve profitability.
- Banking background includes Operations, Information Technology Management, Consumer and Business Online Banking, ACH, and Cash Management.
- Provided guidance on Online Banking, ATM, Debit Card, Credit Card, and Cash Management as a Relationship Manager at First Data.
- Worked with payment networks and processing, including the STAR Network, Accel, MoneyPass, and Allpoint.
- Led the Online Banking Launch Team, successfully implementing a new online banking system.
- Assisted financial institutions with the EMV project, including card procurement, implementation, and launch of their EMV programs.
