Kevin Cruse, Strategic Operations Manager
Kevin brings 20 years of banking experience to PRI from his time with large regional banks and within the farm credit system. As a skilled manager, Kevin utilizes process engineering, banking strategy, operations, automation, and data background to support and build teams to enhance their overall productivity and efficiency with the organization. He has led teams in various initiatives in the banking industry from the build-out and enhancement of card and dispute teams and operational services to standing up data strategy, quality, and remediation programs where they had not previously existed. Kevin has a diverse and expansive experience across the financial industry with a proven track record of increasing productivity, reducing costs, and managing risk for the organization.
Relevant Experience
- Demonstrated expertise in leading vendor selection processes, contract negotiation, and systems implementation for robotic process automation (RPA) and process/task mining processes and tools.
- Built multiple data quality strategy teams implementing data quality and clean-up rules to meet requirements of new Master Data Management (MDM) systems while also supporting organizational CRM upgrades with the goal to reduce suspect duplicate records prior to conversion or implementation.
- Led and documented key financial and regulatory reporting processes enhancing the delivery of the reporting while also identifying data changes to reduce report variance between subsequent financial reports and the overall Call Report.
- Designed and executed the business structure of multiple new business units within Fortune 500 and 100 companies. These units consisted of Card Dispute teams, Global Operations and Process Solutions, and Legal Operations teams.
- Led large cross-functional team build-out within Operations for operational and call center functions both on and offshore.
