Paul is an accomplished banking technology executive with over 25 years of experience in IT strategy, project management, and client relations. Most recently, as an Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, he led all technology initiatives, from infrastructure to cybersecurity, and oversaw major banking projects including core banking migrations and vendor contract negotiations. Paul has a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering strong client relationships. Prior to this role, he held senior positions at major financial services firms, where he demonstrated exceptional sales performance and operational leadership.

Relevant Experience

  • Held senior leadership positions at multiple community banks, most recently Chief Technology Officer.
  • Negotiated core banking contracts for 5 bank holding company, saving the group more than $3.5MM while moving them from an in-house environment to the vendor’s data center.
  • Developed and implemented complete technology program for a de novo community bank, which included all policies and procedures, IT infrastructure, vendor management, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning.
  • As a Fiserv Client Partner, negotiated many long-term renewal contracts while receiving multiple awards for goal achievement and customer mobile adoption.
  • Managed pricing model for privately held data center that provided core and item processing, internet banking and statement rendering for 23 community banks.
  • Lead core banking conversion and evaluation, selection, and conversion of internet banking from core vendor to “best in class” digital banking provider.
