PRI’s Origins

PRI was founded in 1990 by Tim Holt, a banking industry veteran whose career began in community banking at First National Bank in Hamilton, Ohio, and then went on to include experiences at large-scale operations at Fifth Third Bank and enterprise sales at Unisys Corporation. Drawing on deep expertise and a network built on trust, Tim launched the firm with a simple but powerful conviction: that clients are not just buying services but building relationships.

From our very first engagements, PRI earned a reputation for delivering measurable results, and growth followed naturally through referrals and long-term partnerships with financial institutions across the country. Over the decades, PRI has expanded its reach while remaining grounded in the same relationship-driven approach clients have relied on for decades.

Today, PRI operates under the leadership of Tim’s children Mike Holt and Mikelle Brady, carrying forward the same client-first mentality and commitment to measured results that has defined the firm since day one.
