Brian has high-level experience in service development and expansion, sales support, customer and product segmentation, and system-wide performance reviews. - Led a consulting team specializing in core and ancillary system utilization and efficiencies, new consumer and commercial products, deposit and loan operations, revenue enhancement and overall profitability for community banks and credit unions, leading to over $150 million in increased profitability for the institutions.
- Created innovative demand deposit account (DDA) products to boost profitability, enhance customer relationships, and increase account balances.
- Created a new service focused on optimizing capital usage in commercial lending. Successfully identified over $1 billion in capital savings for clients within the first year of launch.
- Oversaw a Commercial Banking and General Corporate consulting business line, with a primary focus on revenue enhancement and cost savings within Cash Management, Float Management, Item Processing/Operations, Credit Card Services, Insurance, and Merchant Processing.
- Led a consulting team specializing in capital management, cash management, deposit and loan operations, and float management for top 50 banks.
