- Led application development efforts in the redesign of industry-leading software used by hundreds of community banks and credit unions.
- Assessed performance improvement opportunities and developed plans to realize more than $15 million in incremental pre-tax earnings for an $8 billion community bank.
- Served as community bank CFO with additional leadership responsibilities for the retail banking center teams, marketing, operations, and systems. Drove initiatives to automate processes, streamline back-office operations, and modernize the technology infrastructure for the $150 million community bank.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading vendor selection processes, contract negotiation, and systems implementation including integrated core applications, stand-alone solutions, and other critical vendor relationships.
- Supported corporate development and investor relations strategy publicly-trade community bank with a $1 billion market cap. Represented the company in meetings with investment bankers and led the financial modeling & due diligence processes related to acquisition & capital raise opportunities.
