Shannon has over 35 years of bank operations experience focusing on revenue and operational efficiencies. His is an expert in strategic planning, product development for loans and deposits to regulatory execution and performance management. Over his career Shannon was responsible for the search, selection, negotiation and implementation of critical bank solutions, while actively participating in many vendor advisory boards. His collaborative style helps support his team and clients to achieve measurable results.

  • Operational oversight of 150+ associates with an operating budget of $13.6 million annually.
  • Directed and managed technology services, information security and assurance, project and application management teams, vendor management teams, operations, electronic banking and trust operations.
  • Served as executive sponsor and implemented key initiatives including: data strategy, bank-wide CRM, new digital banking platform and new client-facing solutions
  • Led a core conversion as project manager. Project consisted of RFP, reviewing vendor options, managing a review committee, negotiating contract terms and completing conversion process.
  • Established a formal approach to project management and worked with leadership to adopt the approach.
