Historic Boston made the perfect setting for PRI’s annual meeting this October, where the focus centered on celebrating milestones, continuing to grow, and reinforcing the company’s shared purpose.
Team members from across the country gathered to review the year’s projects and client outcomes, hear from PRI’s leadership team, and engage in conversations around the company’s evolving vision and values that define “The PRI Way.” The meeting served as both a reflection on the progress made over the past year and a forum for looking ahead to future goals.
A significant portion of this year’s business meeting focused on how PRI continues to adapt to industry change – especially in an environment where financial institutions face new challenges related to technology and customer expectations. The team explored how artificial intelligence and automation tools can be leveraged responsibly while maintaining PRI’s hallmark of personal, relationship-based service, and specific focus was given to helping banks better segment and understand the needs of their customers.

“Some of our favorite moments from this past year have been hearing directly from clients about how much we’ve helped them,” said Mike Holt, PRI Partner. “The projects we complete together make a real impact on their institutions. It’s rewarding to see those measurable outcomes and know that our work continues to fuel their success.”
The team also took time to discuss how recent updates to the company’s vision and core values continue to shape “The PRI Way,” a shared cultural philosophy characterized by collaboration, transparency, and a client-centric approach. This conversation was especially valuable with PRI founder Tim Holt in attendance; Tim hosted a Q&A session and shared insights from PRI’s early days, providing a unique perspective into the company staying true to its culture and principles amidst significant and intentional growth.
Outside of business meetings, the team also took time to relax and enjoy Boston’s history and New England charm. In a “choose your own adventure” afternoon, employees explored the city by taking a boat tour of Boston Harbor, sampling local beers at the Sam Adams Brewery, or walking the iconic Freedom Trail led by local guides. Each option offered a different glimpse into the character of the city and gave the group plenty of opportunities to connect beyond the meeting room.

The team also donned their bowling shoes for a spirited round of candlepin bowling (one of New England’s most prized historical pastimes) and later came together for a behind-the-scenes tour of Fenway Park, where they also enjoyed a meal and learned about the ballpark’s storied history and influence on the city.
“The annual meeting is such a valuable time for our team to come together,” said Mikelle Brady, PRI Partner. “Because we work across the country, reconnecting in person gives us dedicated space to celebrate our collective expertise and align for the year ahead.”
