Start with an Assessment Today

  • We gather and analyze data from your financial institution.
  • We conduct interviews – either 2 days on-site or remote.
  • Based on our research, we’ll present an executive report highlighting quantified opportunities to improve NII, NIE, and processes.
  • Once completed, we’ll send a customized engagement letter for a full performance enhancement project.

Our Process

Our team of seasoned professionals comes onsite to conduct a deep-dive analysis of NII and NIE in addition to a detailed review of all processes throughout the bank.

Non-Interest Income

Analyze current non-interest income and make recommendations for enhancing those revenues. Review collection practices, optimize products and services, improve interchange income, etc.

Non-Interest Expense

Analyze and compare expenses to PRI benchmarks. The detailed review includes accounts payable invoices, contracts, and policies and procedures surrounding miscellaneous costs.

Process Improvement

Improve the key processes and end to end workflows for all deposit and lending related functions.

Capacity Planning

Develop customized capacity plans for service and production departments by analyzing volumes, resource availability, throughputs and organizational goals.

Organizational Structure

Review organizational alignment and structure for overall effectiveness. A revised org chart will be recommended.

Once complete, we’ll deliver detailed recommendations to improve processes, NII and NIE.
